Karan Veer Mehra becomes the winner of 'Bigg Boss 18'
Mumbai, January 20 (IANS). Karan Veer Mehra has finally won the trophy of the winner of 'Bigg Boss' 18. She and first runner-up Vivian Dsena were the last two contestants in the finale after a long, tiring and challenging journey of 105 days inside the 'Bigg Boss 18' house.
After creating a lot of suspense, the show host Salman Khan announced Karan as the winner after midnight on Sunday.
Karan Veer Mehra's journey in the house was full of strategic moves and emotional moments. He formed a special bond with his partner Chum Darang. Not only this, he also talked openly about his two failed marriages.
On the other hand, Vivian Dsena's journey in Bigg Boss has been full of ups and downs. The 'Madhubala' actor was compared to former Bigg Boss contestant Sidharth Shukla in the initial weeks of the show. Later, his heart-touching love saga with his wife Nooran attracted a lot of attention. Vivian Dsena is also known for building many strong relationships during her Bigg Boss journey.
Rajat Dalal, Vivian Dsena, Karan Veer Mehra, Chum Darang, Avinash Mishra and Eisha Singh were the top six contenders of this season. Chum Darang and Isha Singh were the first to be evicted from the house in the finale, followed by Rajat Dalal and Avinash Mishra.
'Bigg Boss 18' started premiering on 6 October 2024 on Colors. The reality show started with Shilpa Shirodkar, Chahat Pandey, Kashish Kapoor, Sara Arfeen Khan, Arfeen Khan, Digvijay Singh Rathi, Aiden Rose, Yamini Malhotra, Aditi Mistry, Alice Kaushik, Muskaan Bamne, Tajinder Bagga, Shehzada Dhami, Nyra Banerjee, Hema Sharma. And happened with 23 family members including Gunaratna Sadavarte.
The finale of 'Bigg Boss 18' hosted by Salman Khan saw some remarkable performances. Veer Pahriya, who was there to promote his upcoming film “Sky Force”, also danced with host Salman Khan.
Also, Aamir Khan appeared in Bigg Boss for the first time. He reunited with his 'Andaz Apna Apna' co-star Salman Khan. Both of them also recreated a scene from this famous film. Apart from this, Junaid Khan and Khushi Kapoor were also a part of the finale. He had come to promote his film 'Lavyapa'.
In place of 'Bigg Boss 18', another reality show 'Laughter Chefs 2' will come on Colors.
