Many people's mouth waters on hearing the name, especially of raw mince kebab. Raw mince kebabs are not only delicious but also easy to make. But if you are living outside this country, you must have made many kebabs, but have you ever tried Kemay Kebab? If not, do it once because it tastes delicious. To make it, raw minced meat is used and after adding spices, kebabs are made and fried in oil. However, many times we face problems in making kebabs such as kebabs break, kebabs are not cooked properly. If your kebabs do not turn out crispy or do not stick properly to the steak, you do not need to worry.
- Minced meat – 250 grams
- Gram flour – 5 spoons
- Garlic-Ginger Paste- 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves – 2 teaspoons
- Mint leaves- 2 teaspoons
- Red chilli pieces – 2 teaspoons
- Chopped onion- 1
- Garam masala powder- 1 tsp
- Green chillies – 3-4 (finely chopped)
- salt to taste
- oil for frying
method of making
- First of all, wash and clean the mutton keema thoroughly.
- Then slowly squeeze out the water with your hands or filter it through a muslin cloth.
- Now add mutton mince, chopped onion, gram flour, red chilli pieces, ginger garlic paste, green coriander, green chilli, garam masala powder and mint leaves in a big bowl.
- Mix all the ingredients well and take a small portion of the mince mixture and make medium sized kebabs.
- Heat oil on low flame and deep fry the raw keema kebab until cooked inside and outside.
- Your kebabs are ready, which can be served with green chutney.
