Potato parathas are the best option for breakfast. This is a dish that everyone likes. Especially children. Aloo Paratha is an easy and quick recipe to make. This is the reason why it can be prepared and eaten anytime. Many people go to hotels or dhavas to taste Aloo Paratha. But with the method mentioned here, you can easily make potato parathas at home. Let us know the easy way to make Aloo Paratha-

  • Potato – 500 grams
  • Flour – 250 grams
  • Onion – 100 grams
  • Ghee-oil – 100 grams
  • Salt – as per taste
  • Green chillies – 5-6
  • Coriander Powder – 1 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
  • Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
  • Green Coriander – 50 grams

  • To make potato parathas, first wash the potatoes thoroughly and boil them in a pressure cooker.
  • After this, take out the potatoes, peel them and keep them in a bowl.
  • Then mash the potatoes and keep them in the refrigerator for some time.
  • Now chop onion and green chilli finely.
  • After this, take out the potatoes from the fridge and add finely chopped onion, green chilli, red chilli, coriander powder, salt and garam masala and mix.
  • Add chopped coriander to this mixture and keep it aside for a while. Prepare the dough at this time.
  • The dough should be a little soft, so that the potato mixture can be filled in it.
  • After this, heat the pan by placing it on the gas.
  • Now make a ball of dough and roll it into a round shape. Now put the potato mixture in it according to its size and then cover it from all sides and make a ball.
  • Now prepare it by rolling it slowly.
  • Do not put too much pressure on the rolling pin and prepare it by rolling it with gentle hands. Then gently place it on the hot pan. When the parathas are cooked on one side, turn them and apply ghee or chop the parathas finely with a spoon.
  • Then apply ghee on the other side and fry until crisp. When cooked well from both sides. Now you can serve it with chutney, chutney or curd.
