Ingredients to make Makhana Chaat
-two cups of makhana
-half cup peanuts
-two tablespoons chopped onion
-two tablespoons chopped tomato
-two tablespoons chopped cucumber
-one tablespoon green chutney
-one tablespoon tamarind chutney
-one tablespoon lemon juice
-teaspoon of salt
-one spoon chili powder
-two spoons chaat masala
How to make Makhana Chaat
To make Makhana Chaat, first dry roast the makhana and peanuts in a pan on low flame. Toss both these things until they become golden and crispy. Now take a small bowl, add chilli powder, salt and chaat masala, chopped onion, chopped tomato and chopped cucumber and mix everything well. After this, after adding green chutney and tamarind chutney to the chaat, also add roasted makhana and roasted peanuts. To garnish the chaat, garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Your Makhana Chaat is ready. Before serving it, add lemon juice to it. If you want to make the chaat slightly crispy, you can also add salt to it.
