Method: Boil water in a large pot. When the water boils, add one teaspoon of salt to it and cook the cabbage for three to four minutes. Remove the cabbage from water. Now add broccoli to the same water and cook for five to six minutes. To make gravy, heat the oil in the pan and add the humid onion and fry it till it becomes golden. Add ginger, garlic and chili. Cook two more minutes. Add all the spices and mix well. Now add tomatoes, salt, sugar and kasoori fenugreek to the pan and mix well. Cover and cook on medium heat for eight to ten minutes. Turn off the gas. When this mixture with spices cools down, add cashew powder and coconut milk to it and make a paste in a grinder. Now add prepared paste of gravy, cabbage, broccoli, peas and spices in a pan. Cook on medium flame for 10 to 15 minutes. If needed, make the gravy further thin. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
