Royal Enfield shocked Indian customers! Suddenly closed sales of this bike, what is the reason?
Bike News Desk – Royal Enfield has a disappointing news for customers. Actually, the company has closed its scramas 411 in India. The company has removed the motorcycle from its official website. Which is indicating that the company has closed it. The company has taken this step after the launch of the new Scram 440, which is an initial ex-showroom price of Rs 2.08 lakh.
Scram 411 was based on the Royal Enfield Himalayan 411. It had the same engine and chassis, but it used to run on small wire-spoke wheels. Its bodywork and weight were much lower than its full-blon Adv Cybling. Scramble 411 had a scrummer capacity, which made it suitable for riding in the city, including some off-road trails.
Scramas 411 had a 411cc engine that made 24.3bhp at 6,500rpm and 32Nm at 4250rpm. This engine is connected to a 5-speed gearbox. Although it was torque and response, the sixth cog deficiency was a barrier when riding on high speed on the highway. The new Royal Enfield Scram 440 has grown better with its big engine, more power and 6-speed gearbox. It also provides an option of alloy wheel with tube-type tires with wire-spoke rim or tubeless tires.
Given the price of Royal Enfield Scram 440, which is just Rs 2,000 more than Scram 411, it was a wise decision for Royal Enfield to shut down Scam 411 and make way for Scram 440. The company also knew that with the difference of this price, scum 411 would fail to attract customers.
