Ingredients: • Cabbage: 1 cup Broccoli: 1/2 cup Peas: 1/2 cup Salt: as per taste For gravy: Oil: 2 teaspoons Finely chopped Onion: 1 finely chopped Ginger: 1 piece Red chilli Powder: As per taste 'Chopped Tomato: 3' 'Garam Masala: 1 tsp 'Cumin Powder: 1/2 tsp 'Coriander Powder: 1/2 tsp 'Turmeric Powder: 1/2 tsp 'Kasuri Methi: 1 tsp 'Coconut Milk: 3/4 cup 'Cashew Powder: 1/4 cup 'Salt: 3/4 tsp 'Sugar: 1/4 tsp

Method: Boil water in a large vessel. When the water boils, add one spoon salt in it and first cook the cabbage for three to four minutes. Remove the cabbage from the water. Now add broccoli in the same water and cook for five to six minutes. To make gravy, heat oil in a pan, add onion and fry till it turns golden. Add ginger, garlic and chilli. Cook for two more minutes. Add all the spices and mix well. Now add tomatoes, salt, sugar and Kasuri methi in the pan and mix well. Cover and cook on medium flame for eight to ten minutes. Turn off the gas. When this mixture of spices cools down, add cashew powder and coconut milk to it and make a paste in the grinder. Now add the prepared paste of gravy, cabbage, broccoli, peas and spices in a pan. Cook on medium flame for 10 to 15 minutes. If necessary, thin the gravy further. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
