Lawyer said no need for police custody
However, the accused's lawyer also said that from the point of view of investigation today there was no sufficient reason due to which he should be sent to police custody. The lawyer told the court that the presence of the accused is no longer required as custody is required when the accused has to show something. But the police has already taken the decision because the matter has become very big, hence the court sent the accused to police custody for 5 days.
