Avoid unhealthy snacks late at night: Many people are addicted to eating snacks late at night, which naturally leads to weight gain. Eating late at night causes excess fat to accumulate in the body. So, if you are trying to lose weight, make a habit of not eating at night.
Have dinner by 7 pm: Dinner does not give energy to our body, rather it causes weight gain. Therefore, dinner should be taken at least 4 hours before sleeping and light food should be taken. If you feel hungry at night, eat soup or fruits.

Drink protein shake before sleeping: According to a study by Florida State University, protein shake should be consumed before sleeping. This causes the body to burn more calories, which increases the metabolic rate when you wake up in the morning and helps in weight loss.

Avoid nicotine or caffeine: Nicotine or caffeine should never be consumed before sleeping at night. These increase fat in the body and cause obesity. Apart from this, if you take nicotine or caffeine before sleeping at night, your sleep is also affected.
