Jaggery-water chestnut halwa is extremely nutritious for people of all ages. To make this, you need: one bowl of water chestnut flour, 200 grams of jaggery (dissolve it first), one to two spoons of desi ghee, 20 grams of dry fruits and chironji.

Preparation process: First of all, put ghee in a pan and heat it. Then add water chestnut flour to it and fry it until it turns pink. During this time, keep adding the jaggery solution and keep stirring the mixture continuously so that lumps do not form.

Cook this mixture on low flame for about five minutes. When it is cooked well, add chironji and dry fruits to it. Now serve it hot. This halwa can be taken with breakfast or lunch. Eating it in winter improves health and also increases immunity.
