Health Corner: If you have excess fat in and around your waist and want to get a slimmer look, then cable rotational chops exercise can prove beneficial for you. This is such a workout, when done, energy is spent rapidly and fat is reduced. In this exercise the cable is pulled with both hands.

Practicing it regularly strengthens the waist area, which bears the weight of the body. In the beginning, it is better to do it under the supervision of a fitness expert, so that the correct posture and technique can be understood. After getting a little knowledge, it can be done at home also.

Things to note:
It is important to take care of correct position while doing this exercise. There should be proper distance between the two legs. While pulling the cable, keep your eyes straight and your hands should be in line with the shoulders. Pull the cable slowly and release it in the same manner. Inhale while pulling and exhale while exhaling.
