A body mass index (BMI) of more than 30 is a sign of obesity, which can lead to diseases like arthritis, diabetes, high blood pressure and cancer. A BMI of less than 20 means you are underweight, which can cause menstrual irregularities and pregnancy problems in women.

Do deep breathing exercises for 10-20 minutes daily. To avoid stress, read jokes, watch comedy shows and never miss a chance to laugh.

The risk of heart diseases increases in men after the age of 30. Women are protected by hormones until menopause, but after that they can affect both sexes equally. To avoid heart diseases, avoid fried foods and stay away from stress. Spend time with family and share things with your friends or loved ones.
