Uses of Mustard Oil and Salt:
1) When you start kneading flour with water, do not forget to add two things to it, which will make your roti even softer and tastier. First of all, take flour as per your requirement and add salt as per taste.
Knead the flour with water for some time. Then, after some time, add some mustard oil into it. Keep in mind that the amount of salt and oil should not be excessive, as this can spoil the taste of the roti. Now, keep the kneaded dough covered for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, knead it again a little. Now your dough is ready, and you can bake your bread.
Uses of Raw Milk:
2) If you want to make your roti even better and softer, then use milk instead of water while kneading the dough. This will make your roti very tasty, after eating which you will say, ‘Wow, what a tasty and soft roti.’
