Pav Bhaji: A popular and nutritious dish
Health Corner :- Nowadays people enjoy their favorite dishes, in which pav bhaji holds a special place. This dish is not only delicious, but it is also highly nutritious due to the variety of vegetables it contains.

Material: 4 potatoes, 3 carrots, 2 capsicum, 1 kahu, 1 brinjal, 1 cauliflower, 250 grams peas, 250 grams cheese, 3 spoons ghee, 3 tablespoons pav bhaji masala, 3 green chillies, 1 teaspoon red chilli, salt as per taste, 4 big onions (finely chopped), 3 tomatoes, 1 teaspoon tomato sauce, finely chopped coriander, some yaw, butter etc.
Method of preparation: First of all, wash and cut peas, paneer and other vegetables thoroughly, add salt and boil in the cooker. Heat ghee in a separate pan and fry the onion in it. Then add tomato puree to it and cook till ghee comes out. Now add all the spices and cook well and then add the vegetables ground in the grinder and cook on medium flame.
On the other hand, keep aside the boiled peas and cut the paneer into small pieces. Now add peas and chopped cheese in the tempering. After this add sauce and green coriander. Your pav bhaji is ready, add butter to it and serve it with hot pav.
