Chitrangada Singh’s new character
Actress Chitrangada Singh recently spoke in detail about the character he plays in his upcoming film. He said that this role has been special and challenging for him. According to Chitrangada, the number of dialogues in the film is very less, making her acting entirely dependent on emotions and inner expression.
She told that there are many emotions going on inside her character ‘Meera’, like pain, stress and trying to keep herself strong. It was not easy to express these feelings through silence and gestures rather than words. Chitrangada said that there are many layers to this character, which required deep preparation and assimilation to bring them on screen.
The actress also said that such roles give an actor an opportunity to step out of his comfort zone and provide a new direction to his acting.
