Organizing Swadeshi Mahotsav
Panchkula News Swadeshi Mahotsav 2025 was organized at the Parade Ground of Sector-5 in Panchkula, which became an important platform for health, sports, culture, religion and Swadeshi ideology. Many residents of the city participated in this festival. Kashmiri Lal ji, Organization Minister, was specially present on this occasion. The main objective of the event was to promote indigenous products, spread health awareness, encourage traditional sports and connect people with Indian culture.
Health check up camp organized
A free health check-up camp was organized during the Mahotsav, in which a team of experienced doctors conducted blood pressure, sugar and general health tests. Hundreds of people took advantage of this camp. Rajesh Goyal said, “Such health check-up camps are very beneficial for the society. Regular check-ups can prevent serious diseases.”
Youth’s enthusiasm in traditional sports
Horse riding competition attracted the attention of the spectators at the festival. The participants displayed amazing balance and skill with the horses. The enthusiasm of the youth was worth seeing in the Kabaddi competition, where exciting matches kept the spectators engaged till the end and increased the interest towards the traditional game.

A glimpse of folk dance, patriotic songs and Haryanvi culture was seen in this festival. Haryanvi singer Amit Saini Rohatkia made people dance with his songs and gave a lively presentation of Haryanvi culture.
Tulsi worship program
A grand event of Tulsi Puja was organized in the Swadeshi Mahotsav, in which more than 2000 women participated with devotion. The women brought Maa Tulsi on the stage in a decorated form and worshiped her in the traditional manner. He said, “Swadeshi has the flavor of Indianness and this is the true nature of India. This fair is not limited to just shops and sales, but is a medium to connect with the sentiments of the people.” Organization Minister of Rashtriya Swadeshi Jagran Manch, Kashmiri Lal said that Tulsi has great religious and Ayurvedic importance.

Swadeshi fair organizer Rajneesh Garg said that this fair is not limited to just business activities, but is an effort to bring health, culture and traditional sports on one platform. He talked about continuing such events in future also. Many dignitaries and social workers including Bindu Mittal, wife of District President Ajay Mittal, Councilor Harinder Malik were present at the festival. People who came to the fair praised the event and called it inspirational for the society.
