Ingredients for Amla-Beetroot Candy
– half kilo amla
– one to two beetroots
– One cup sugar or sugar candy
– black salt
– white pepper powder
– lemon juice

– First of all wash the gooseberry thoroughly.
– Peel, wash and cut the beetroot into two pieces.
Now cook amla and beetroot in the steamer. If you do not have a steamer, then put beetroot and amla in a pan and cook them in steam with water.
– After cooking, let them cool and then make a paste in a mixer. Keep in mind that use of water should be minimal.
-Put some ghee or oil in a pan and heat it.
Fry the paste on low flame and add sugar or sugar candy to it.
– Also add lemon juice, black salt and white chili powder.
– When the mixture starts drying and becomes round in hand, turn off the gas.
Now make this mixture into small balls or square shapes.
– Wrap these tablets in powdered sugar or sugar candy.
– To give children a market-like feel, wrap them in cling wrap.
