Many women often wonder what to make for morning breakfast. Sometimes it takes a lot of time to take this decision. When something doesn’t make sense, people opt for simple options like pasta, paratha or poha. But if you want to make the weekend special, then try making something new and delicious. This time we will tell you the method of making ‘Kanpur’s special pakoda’, which will make your breakfast special.

Potato-Poha Dumplings Recipe

-First of all boil the potatoes.

– If the potatoes are already boiled, peel them and mash them well.

– Now add boiled peas and 1 cup poha to it.

– Add finely chopped chilli, green coriander, red chilli, chaat masala, cumin powder and salt as per taste in this mixture. Mix all the ingredients well so that no lumps remain.

– Take half a bowl of gram flour in a separate bowl and prepare a thick paste by adding a little celery and water to it.

Now make small balls from the mixture and keep them in a plate.

-Put oil in the pan and heat it on medium flame.

Then dip the prepared ball in gram flour paste and put it in hot oil.


– Lower the flame and fry the pakodas till they turn golden brown.

– Take out the pakodas and place them on tissue paper.

– After absorbing the oil, serve them with red and green chutney along with tea.
