Great start of the film ‘Border 2’
Mumbai: Sunny Deol’s new film ‘Border 2’ has made a great start on Republic Day weekend. Released on 23 January 2026, this war drama is running to full capacity in theaters and is performing well at the box office. It is being considered a spiritual sequel to the famous 1997 film ‘Border’, in which the story of bravery and sacrifice of Indian soldiers has been revived.

The Netflix logo is shown in the film’s credits, confirming this. This film will come on this platform after completing its theatrical run. However, the official OTT release date has not been announced yet. Usually big movies come to OTT 4-8 weeks after theaters, so it could stream on Netflix till March or April 2026.
