Mix Veg Paratha Recipe
To make Mix Veg Paratha, finely chop or grate your favorite vegetables.
– Remove excess water from the grated vegetables, so that the flour does not get wet.
While kneading the dough, add some salt and one spoon oil, this makes the parathas crispy.
– Add salt, cumin, coriander and garam masala to the vegetables and mix well.
– Take a ball of dough, fill the stuffing in it and close the edges tightly.
– Roll the paratha with light hands.
– Light the gas on medium flame and heat the pan.
– Put the paratha on the hot pan and turn it after a few seconds.
Apply butter, ghee or oil and cook on both sides until golden.
Tips to prevent mixed paratha from bursting
The biggest challenge while making veg paratha is that the vegetables release water while rolling and the paratha gets torn.
– Add salt to grated vegetables and keep them for 5 minutes, then squeeze out all the water from them.
– Knead the paratha dough a little more.
– Mash one boiled potato into the vegetables.
– Keep in mind that add salt to the stuffing only when you are going to roll the paratha immediately.
– Always move the rolling pin with very light hands.
