Launch of Google Pixel 10a
Last month, the Mountain View-based tech company introduced the Google Pixel 10a as the entry-level version of its flagship Pixel 10 series globally, including in India. Soon after the launch, the company started pre-orders for this handset. Now, Google Pixel 10a is available for sale in the country on an e-commerce platform and the company’s online store. The phone comes in four colors with the same RAM and storage configuration and runs on Android 16.

The new smartphone is currently available in India on Flipkart and Google India’s online store. Google Pixel 10a can be purchased in Berry, Fog, Lavender and Obsidian colors.
Features and technical information
Google Pixel 10a comes with the latest Android 16. Google has assured seven years of OS upgrades and security updates for this new smartphone. The handset features a 6.3-inch display that offers up to 120Hz refresh rate, up to 3000 nits peak brightness, and Corning Gorilla 7i protection.
Display and battery
Google’s own Tensor G4 chipset powers the Google Pixel 10a, which also includes the Titan M2 security processor. Furthermore, it has 8GB RAM and 256GB onboard storage. The tech giant claims that this handset is capable of dust and water resistance with IP68 rating. The smartphone packs a 5,100Ah battery, which supports 30W wired and 10W wireless fast charging. Its size is 153.9x73x9mm and its weight is about 183g.
