Jamun is rich in important minerals like calcium, vitamins, proteins, fiber, iron and magnesium, which are extremely beneficial for our health.
Regular consumption of blackberries helps in eliminating stomach related problems. If you have problems with gas, acidity or constipation, consume jamun daily for a week, this will eliminate your problems.
