Chana dal cheela

To make chana dal cheela, first soak the chana dal for 2-3 hours. Then grind it and prepare a thin solution. Add vegetables, onions and spices of your choice to it. Spread this mixture on the pan, make cheela and cook it from both the sides. Serve hot cheela with chutney.

Chana Dal Kebabs

To make chana dal kebabs, first soak the dal. Then grind it with ginger, garlic, green chillies and some soya granules to make a paste. Now shape this mixture into small kebabs. Put some ghee or oil in a pan or pan and fry them lightly. When the kebabs become golden and crunchy, take them out and serve them hot.


Chana Dal Tadka

Chana Dal Tadka is a delicious dish and is very easy to make. To make this, first boil chana dal in the cooker. Then add onion, tomato and spices to it. Add some ghee on top and serve with hot roti.

Chana Dal Paratha

To make chana dal paratha, first cook chana dal in a cooker by adding salt, turmeric, celery and cumin seeds. Then mash it lightly and prepare the stuffing. Now fill the dough ball with this stuffing, roll out the paratha and bake it on a pan applying ghee or oil.

Chana Dal Halwa

For this sweet dish, soak and grind chana dal. Then heat ghee in a pan and fry this paste for 10-15 minutes, until its color changes and aroma starts coming out. After this, add sugar to it and cook on low flame. Sprinkle dry fruits on top and serve.
