When food reaches the stomach, the walls of the stomach expand, sending a signal to the brain. This signal activates the muscles of the colon, causing them to contract and make room for new food. This is a natural process in which already digested food and water comes out. That’s why it seems like everything is coming out as soon as you eat food. This reflex works with different intensity in every person.
