Coconut Pineapple Kuluki Recipe

Famous food creator Meghna recently shared a scrumptious recipe of ‘Coconut Pineapple Kuluki’. According to them, this drink is a wonderful mixture of sweet and spicy tastes. The coolness of coconut water and sweetness of pineapple along with the mild spiciness of green chillies and the texture of sabja seeds makes it special.

Ingredients for Coconut Pineapple Kuluki

Fresh pineapple pulp (strained), fresh coconut water, soaked sabja (basil seeds), honey or sugar for sweetness, some black salt, lemon juice, fresh green chillies (sliced), mint leaves and ice cubes.

How to make Coconut Pineapple Kuluki

First of all, grind fresh pineapple pieces into a fine pulp and filter it thoroughly. Soak the sabja seeds in water until they swell completely. Add pineapple pulp, coconut water, honey, black salt, lemon juice, chopped green chillies, mint leaves, some soaked sabja seeds and ice in a shaker. Close the lid of the shaker tightly and shake vigorously to mix all the ingredients well. Put some more sabja seeds in a glass, pour the prepared mixture over it, and serve garnished with pineapple and chopped green chillies.
