Treatment going on in Breach Candy Hospital
Mumbai: Famous singer Asha Bhosle suffered a heart attack on Saturday, April 11. He has been admitted to Breach Candy Hospital in Mumbai, where he is undergoing emergency treatment. According to sources, his condition remains critical.
A team of doctors is looking after him. Asha Bhosle celebrated her 92nd birthday on 8 September 2025. However, while talking to Dainik Bhaskar, his sister Usha Mangeshkar said that she has no information about this incident yet.
Married to Lata Mangeshkar’s secretary
Asha Bhosle’s musical journey has not been easy. His father died when he was 9 years old. At the age of 16, she eloped and married her elder sister Lata Mangeshkar’s secretary, Ganpatrao Bhosale, after which Lata broke up with him.
After marriage, Asha Bhosle faced many difficulties and also became a victim of domestic violence. Frustrated with life, he even contemplated suicide.
Asha Bhosle sings in more than 14 languages
However, Asha Bhosle has done an amazing job of singing in more than 14 languages and even at the age of 92, her voice still has the same magic and tinkling sound. There was a time when he was thrown out of the recording studio because his voice was considered bad.
