- Eyes should be washed with cold water as soon as you wake up in the morning. This improves eyesight.
- Before sleeping at night, soak some almonds in water and leave them. Eating them after peeling them in the morning improves eyesight.
- Consumption of carrots is very beneficial for the eyes. It contains Vitamin A, C and other nutrients. Carrot juice is also beneficial.
- Massaging mustard oil on the soles of the feet improves eye health.
- Consume green tea two to three times a day, as it contains anti-oxidants.
- Eat green vegetables, like spinach and cabbage, which are beneficial for the eyes. Also consume fruits like orange and lemon.
- Before sleeping at night, soak Triphala in water and wash your eyes in the morning. This will keep your eyes healthy and there will be no need for glasses.
