If you sit or sleep at one place for a long time, this can also cause back pain. Some simple home remedies can be adopted to get relief from this pain caused by muscle strain.
1. In the morning, fry two garlic cloves in three to four spoons of mustard or coconut oil and massage the waist. This will give you quick relief.
2. To avoid muscle strain, mix salt in lukewarm water and apply it on the waist with the help of a towel. This remedy will be helpful in reducing the pain.
3. Roast one spoon celery on a pan and consume it with lukewarm water, this will provide relief from back pain.
4. Make a paste by mixing basil juice and camphor and apply it on the waist. This will provide relief from muscle strain.
5. Make a paste by mixing mint juice and camphor and apply it on the waist. This will provide coolness and the pain will go away quickly.
