1. Pomegranate: In Ayurveda, pomegranate is considered an effective medicine to prevent heart attack. Eating pomegranate juice or fruit on an empty stomach in the morning does not cause heart problems. It reduces accumulated fat and cholesterol in blood vessels.

2. Amla: This fruit is very beneficial for the heart. It contains Vitamin C, which removes impurities from the blood and strengthens the heart. Regular consumption increases hemoglobin and also cures heart blockage.

3. Turnip: Consuming it in the form of salad or juice removes impurities from the blood. Eating one turnip every day reduces pressure on the heart.

4. Bottle gourd: Drinking bottle gourd juice regularly eliminates heart related problems. It reduces bad cholesterol and keeps the heart healthy.

5. Aloe Vera, Pomegranate and Giloy: Drinking their juice in quantity of 20-20 ml can prevent heart attack and other diseases throughout life.
