1) Potato: Include potato in your diet. It contains carbohydrates and complex sugars, which help in weight gain. You can eat potatoes with any vegetable.
2) Ghee: Add ghee to pulses and consume it. Ghee contains a good amount of saturated fat and calories. Take it in limited quantity only.
3) Egg: Eggs contain high amounts of fat and calories. Eating eggs daily increases weight, but do not eat raw eggs.

4) Banana: Banana is beneficial for health and helps in increasing weight. Consume banana daily, it is rich in calories. You can also take it with milk or by making banana shake.
5) Almonds: To increase weight, soak 3-4 almonds in water overnight and the next day grind them, mix them with milk and drink. By doing this for a month the effect will be visible.
What not to do to get fat: Many people resort to junk food to gain weight, but this is wrong. Stay away from junk food. Taking medicines and protein supplements to gain weight can also be harmful for health.
