IRCTC Special Tour: Do Ayodhya-Kashi-Puri journey in 10 days for just ₹ 16,500, golden opportunity for devotees.

Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) has introduced a special religious tour package for devotees. Under this package, tourists will get the opportunity to visit some of the major pilgrimage sites of the country, such as Ayodhya, Varanasi, Prayagraj, Gaya and Puri. This journey will be completed by ‘Bharat Gaurav Special Tourist Train’. IRCTC has launched ‘Ayodhya-Kashi: Punya Yatra’ (sacred journey) for the devotees, which is being operated by Bharat Gaurav Special Tourist Train. One of the main features of this package is that tourists will get a comprehensive bundle of facilities – including train tickets, hotel accommodation, meals and local transport – all included in a single package.

When will the journey start?

According to IRCTC, this religious journey is scheduled to begin on August 4, 2026 from Secunderabad Railway Station. The entire journey is of 9 nights and 10 days. During this period, devotees will get the opportunity to visit and offer prayers at various religious places.

Which religious places will the devotees visit?

The itinerary of this journey starts with a visit to the famous Ram Janmabhoomi temple and Hanuman Garhi located in Ayodhya. Devotees will also be able to watch the *Aarti* (prayer ceremony) taking place on the banks of river Saryu. After this, the yatra will proceed towards Varanasi, where the devotees will visit Kashi Vishwanath Temple, Kashi Vishwanath Corridor, Annapurna Devi Temple and Vishalakshi Temple. In the evening, there will also be an opportunity to witness the famous Ganga *Aarti*. During the trip, plan to visit Triveni Sangam in Prayagraj, Vishnupad Temple in Gaya and Lord Jagannath Temple in Puri, Odisha. Additionally, a visit to the historic Sun Temple at Konark is also included in this package.

This train will be available from several stations, including Secunderabad, Charlapalli, Kazipet, Warangal, Khammam, Vijayawada, Gudivada, Bhimavaram, Tanuku, Rajamundry, Samalkot, Tuni, Duvvada, Pendurthi and Vizianagaram.

A total of 702 seats are available in the train, which includes 160 sleeper class seats, 490 third AC seats and 52 second AC seats.
