Virat and Anushka’s blessings in Vrindavan

Mathura/Vrindavan: After winning the IPL 2026 title, Indian cricketer Virat Kohli and his wife, actress Anushka Sharma, arrived in Vrindavan on Tuesday morning. He went to Premanand Maharaj’s ashram and took his blessings.

At around 7 in the morning, both of them reached Kelly Kunj Ashram. Virat and Anushka wore masks and went inside the ashram barefoot. There the disciples of Sant Premanand Maharaj welcomed him. Both of them stayed in the ashram for about two hours and participated in spiritual discussions and satsang.

While coming out of the ashram, Virat was seen wearing sandalwood and Tripundha on his forehead, and also had a book in his hand. After this, both of them walked about 150 meters to the ashram of Bade Guru Hit Govind Sharan Maharaj and had darshan there also.

Earlier, Virat and Anushka had also visited Sant Premanand Maharaj on the occasion of Akshaya Tritiya on April 20. It is noteworthy that recently Royal Challengers Bangalore won the IPL 2026 title, in which the team defeated Gujarat Titans by 5 wickets in the final played in Ahmedabad. In the final, Virat scored a brilliant half-century and also received the Player of the Match award. His visit to Vrindavan has garnered a lot of discussion.
