Mumbai: The trailer of Shahid Kapoor, Rashmika Mandanna and Kriti Sanon’s much-awaited film ‘Cocktail 2’ has been released recently, which has further increased the curiosity of the fans. This film is the sequel to the 2012 film ‘Cocktail’. This time too, there will be a flavor of love triangle in the story, in which there will be a mixture of friendship, love and breakup.

The trailer was shared by Maddock Films and Luv Films on their official YouTube channels, and it instantly started trending. The 3-minute-1-second trailer begins with Shahid Kapoor’s voiceover saying, “When a relationship is new, it’s exciting. New friends are fun because their stories are new to us.”
Shahid further says, “When love turns into friendship, there is only one way to escape from it.” In the trailer, the three friends Kunal, Diya and Alli are seen dancing, but the twist in the story comes when friendship slowly starts turning into love.
Will friends become enemies?
The trailer further shows that both Kriti and Rashmika fall in love with Shahid, leading to a love triangle. As the story progresses, there is a rift in the friendship between Kriti and Rashmika and both are seen fighting with each other for Shahid. At the end of the trailer, both the actresses are also seen in bridal attire, but are seen upset when Shahid is not found. Now it will be interesting to see who Shahid chooses.

The film has been shot in Italy, whose beautiful locations make it even more special. In the trailer, the audience also gets to hear the film’s hit song ‘Tumhi Ho Bandhu’, which is reminiscent of the first part. ‘Cocktail 2’, directed by Homi Adajania and produced by Dinesh Vijan, Luv Ranjan, is scheduled to release in theaters on June 19. Now it remains to be seen whether this film will be able to make its place in the hearts of the audience after 14 years.
