Famous Kannada film industry actor Yash and his wife Radhika Pandit have recently acquired a luxurious property in Alibaug, Maharashtra. The area is known as a popular holiday destination for many Bollywood and sports stars.

Yash and Radhika have bought this property located in Alibaug for Rs 24 crore. He paid stamp duty of Rs 1.44 crore for this transaction. Additionally, Rs 60,000 was paid as registration fee and Rs 5,200 was paid as document management fee. The property was registered on 18 May 2026 at the sub-registrar office of Alibaug.
Property Features
This property is located in Kamath village of Alibaug taluka of Raigad district. Yash has also purchased two pieces of agricultural land nearby, with a total area of about 5,289 square metres. The land is directly connected to the beach, with the sea to the west, the village road to the east and a narrow lane to the north, which leads directly to the beach. A residence is also present here.

Alibaug has become a favorite destination for rich businessmen and celebrities in recent times. This coastal city is located near Mumbai and is home to many famous personalities.
