Real Cheese:
Real cheese is made by curdling fresh milk with lemon juice, vinegar or citric acid. However, making cheese from high quality milk is expensive.
Fake Cheese:
Fake cheese contains a mixture of detergent, urea, shampoo, caustic soda and other harmful chemicals.
Eating fake cheese once may cause pain, but repeated consumption can have serious effects on health. By eating adulterated cheese regularly, you may have to face many problems.
Fake cheese is difficult to digest, which can cause problems like bloating, gas, cramps or diarrhea.
Food Poisoning:
Chemicals such as detergent, caustic soda or urea can cause vomiting, fever, dizziness and symptoms of food poisoning.
test methods:
1. Boil Test:
Boil a piece of cheese in water for 5-10 minutes.
Real cheese will remain hard but soft, while fake cheese will become rubbery or partially dissolved, causing the water to turn cloudy.
2. Iodine test (for starch):
Mash the cheese and add 2-3 drops of iodine solution to it.
If there is a change in color (blue or black), it is a sign of adulteration.
3. Finger Rubbing Test:
Rub a piece of cheese between your fingers.
Real cheese feels slightly grainy or soft.
