Sonu Mishra withdrew his name from the film ‘Black Deer’: These days the controversy regarding ‘Black Deer: The Battle for Legacy’ is deepening in Bollywood. Even before the release of the film, it is embroiled in a legal dispute. Recently actor Sonu Mishra has decided to withdraw his name from this film.

Sonu Mishra’s emphasis on morality

Sonu clarified that the aim of the film was to damage Salman Khan’s image, so he decided to leave the project due to moral reasons. In an interview he said, ‘I had to play Salman Khan’s character in the film. Initially I thought this film would be to support Salman sir, but when I came to know the real motive, my morality stopped me. I cannot be a part of propaganda against a senior actor. Apart from this, attempts were also being made to harm the culture of Rajasthan. That’s why I distanced myself from this film.

Question on lack of script

Sonu also told that the makers of the film never showed him the complete script. He said, ‘The script was not shared, only the role was told. When I came to know the truth, I decided to step back. On the controversy related to Bishnoi community, he said that he did not receive any kind of threat. ‘Bishnoi is my own community. I am not scared. I would be happy if a film is made on the positive things of the community and the work done for the society.

This case is to be heard in the court on July 1. Sonu Mishra said, ‘Now this matter should be left to the court. We should have faith in the justice system. This controversy has become a topic of much discussion in Bollywood.
