According to reports, a major property of Aamir Khan’s real estate empire is in ‘Virgo Co-operative Housing Society’ located in Bandra, Mumbai, where he owns around 12 apartments. The area is one of the most expensive residential areas in the country’s financial capital. Currently, this housing society is being redeveloped into an ultra-luxury residential project. The project will have luxurious sea-facing apartments, which are likely to be priced above Rs 1 lakh per square foot.
Expensive rented flats
Apart from his properties, Aamir Khan is also known for the properties taken on lease. He had rented four flats in ‘Vilnomona Apartments’ in Pali Hill in 2025. The monthly rent for these flats is Rs 24.5 lakh, which includes a security deposit of Rs 1.46 crore and 5 percent annual rent increase.
