Mumbai: Famous actress Padmini Kolhapure has paid an emotional tribute to Hema Malini, praising her unique contribution to Indian cinema.
Padmini shared a heart-touching post on social media, in which she remembered Hema Malini’s excellent films and her long career. He said that through her works, Hema has given the audience experiences worth remembering for a lifetime. Padmini mentioned that Hema Malini is not just a ‘dream girl’ but she made cinema like a family for many generations.
Sharing a video of an event on Instagram, Padmini wrote, “Hema ji… You were not just a dream girl, but became the dream with whom we grew up. The courage of ‘Sita Aur Geeta’, the laughter of ‘Sholay’ and the smell of ‘Khushboo’, you have given us memories that will stay with us forever.”
He further said, “Each of your characters settled in our hearts and each of your smiles became a beautiful memory. Hema Malini ji, thank you for giving your own feel to cinema. Thank you very much for your cooperation and generosity. See you all on July 10.”
In the video, Padmini can be seen coming on stage and hugging Hema Malini. During this, she said, “I have very fond memories of Dream Girl, Dharamji, Hema ji, her mother and her entire family. I love them all very much.” He also sang a song during the program.
Meanwhile, Hema Malini’s charity concert will be held in Mumbai on July 10. This special program is being organized in the memory of actor Dharmendra. It will be produced, directed and directed by renowned radio host and writer Anirudh Chawla.
The event is also being organized to mark Hema Malini’s completion of 60 years in Indian cinema. Many well-known personalities from the film world will be present in this special evening and Dharmendra’s important contribution to Indian cinema will be remembered with respect.
Many veteran personalities from the film industry will also be honored at the event, including Jeetendra, Shatrughan Sinha, Rakesh Roshan, Ramesh Sippy, Subhash Ghai, Javed Akhtar, Umesh Mehra, Sanjay Khan and Anandji Veerji Shah. All of them will be honored for their significant contribution to Indian cinema.
