Causes of weak memory and ways to improve it
memory problems in youth
At present, a decrease in memory capacity is being seen in the young generation. Old age problems like joint pain, forgetting things and experiencing weakness have now become common among people in their 20-30s.
Many times you find it difficult to remember office work or important household tasks. During a conversation, people often forget what they wanted to say. It is not appropriate to take these symptoms lightly.
Reasons for increasing habit of forgetting among youth
Due to many reasons related to today’s lifestyle, memory related problems are increasing among the youth. Depression is a major risk factor that affects brain health, memory, and mental health.
Constantly being under stress and lack of sleep has a negative impact on mental health. This makes it difficult to remember things. Due to stress, there is so much pressure on the brain that it is unable to remember other tasks properly.
– As a result, the brain’s ability to gather and remember information decreases. High blood pressure, diabetes and heart health problems also affect blood flow to the brain, leading to memory difficulties.
Apart from this, nutritional deficiency, especially deficiency of Vitamin B1 and B12, excessive alcohol consumption and smoking also weaken the nervous system.
Consumption of some medicines can also cause loss of memory. In fact, this problem can be solved with lifestyle changes, stress management, regular exercise and doctor’s advice.
