Effective Ayurvedic remedies for low blood pressure
Low blood pressure: causes and symptoms
Low blood pressure, also known as hypotension, occurs when blood pressure falls significantly below normal levels. In this condition, blood does not reach the heart, brain and other organs in sufficient quantity, which can cause many health problems. A major symptom of low blood pressure is dizziness. If you suddenly feel dizzy while sitting or standing, it may be a sign of low blood pressure.
Other symptoms of low blood pressure
Apart from this, problems like fatigue, headache, tremors, vomiting and weakness can also occur due to low blood pressure. Normal blood pressure is measured at 120/80, but if the upper number falls below 90, it may indicate hypotension. There can be many reasons for this, like dehydration, bleeding due to injury, lack of blood in the body, excess hunger etc.
