– Urad or moong dal papad – 6-8

– Mango or chilli pickle – 2 tbsp

– Onion – 1 (optional)

– Green chilli – 2

– Green Coriander – 2 tbsp

– Chaat masala – ½ tsp

– Red chilli powder – ½ tsp

– Salt – as per taste

Oil – 2 cups (for frying)

– Flour – 1 teaspoon

Method to make Achari Paneer-Papad Roll

– First of all take cheese and grate it. If time is short, it can be cut into small pieces.

Now place the paneer in a plate and add pickles, chopped onion, green chillies, chaat masala, red chilli powder, green coriander and some salt over it. Mix everything well so that the spices coat the paneer properly.

– Take some water in a plate and dip the papads in it one by one for four to five seconds.

– Take out the soaked papad and dry it by patting it lightly with a clean cloth. Then place 1 cube or 2 spoons of cheese stuffing on one edge of the papad and fold the edges and make a roll.

– Apply flour mixture on the last edge of the roll and close it so that the masala does not come out. Now heat the oil in the pan and slowly drop the prepared papad rolls into the hot oil. If you want, you can also shallow fry them.

– Lower the flame and fry them till they become golden and crisp. Then take them out and serve with green mint chutney or ketchup.
