Citroen 108th Year Celebration Discounts: Upto Rs. 1.4 Lakh Off On AirCross X, Basalt X And C3 X

Citroen is 108 years old, and it is using the occasion to push sales with a set of limited-period offers across its three models currently on sale here. The benefits are valid until June 30, 2026, and apply to the C3 X hatchback, the Basalt X coupe SUV and the Aircross X mid-sized SUV. This is not a single flat discount but a combination of benefits that adds up to a headline figure per model.

The C3X, which starts at Rs 4.99 lakh ex-showroom, carries additional benefits of up to Rs 1.10 lakh. The BasaltX and the AircrossX, both starting at Rs 8.55 lakh and Rs 8.89 lakh respectively, come with benefits of up to Rs 1.40 lakh each.

Citroen is also positioning these offers around a total cost of ownership pitch, with the company quoting a starting figure of Rs 0.40 per kilometre for its range under current offer conditions. Soon, Citroen will refresh the electric version of the C3 hatchback, and launch the eC3X. The eC3X will have stylistic and feature changes similar to that on the C3X.

The offer package across models combines cash discounts, exchange bonuses, extended warranty or service packages, and low-EMI finance schemes. The exact split of each component varies by model, variant and dealership location, so the Rs 1.10 lakh or Rs 1.40 lakh headline is a ceiling that includes all stacked benefits rather than a straight price cut.

Buyers looking at the C3X, for instance, would need to check which components of the benefit apply to their chosen variant and whether the finance scheme or the cash discount makes more sense for their situation. Citroen has also extended a complimentary car spa service to existing owners through June, a small but practical gesture for buyers already in the family.

Citroen’s product line here has gone through significant changes over the past year. The C3X, BasaltX and AircrossX are updated iterations of the C3, Basalt and C5 Aircross, with the X suffix denoting revised feature content and specifications.

The AircrossX sits at the premium end, priced from Rs 8.89 lakh upwards, while the BasaltX competes in the mid-SUV space. A benefit of Rs 1.40 lakh on either of these models is a meaningful reduction relative to the base price.

The end-of-June deadline puts a firm time limit on the offer, and Citroen has flagged that it applies to limited stock. For anyone who has been evaluating these models, this window is the clearest buying signal the brand has sent so far this year.

The French brand has had a relatively quiet presence in volume terms, and anniversary-linked offers like these tend to be among the more generous discount windows it opens through the year. Checking variant-wise benefit breakdowns at a dealership before the June 30 cut off is the most practical next step for interested buyers.
