As he began his arguments, he addressed the judge’s bench, “Mr. Judicial Officer, I direct you to order the registration of an FIR against Lucknow’s ACP Vikas Nagar.” made such a statement.

Meanwhile, the Supreme Court clarified that it will not take any action against Prabal Pratap Singh. Even after this incident, the bench refused to take any action against Prabal Pratap. Justice Viswanathan said that the bench is not planning to take any action against Prabal Pratap. Regarding the merits of his petition, he has examined the documents. There is no merit in taking action against them and the petition is dismissed. It is his disappointment that the petitioner is very upset. They sympathize with him.

Prabal Pratap had challenged an order of the Allahabad High Court in the Supreme Court. The dispute related to an order of the Special Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lucknow. The petitioner wanted the police to be directed to register an FIR based on his allegations. Instead of ordering the registration of an FIR directly, the magistrate treated his application as a private complaint and directed further action.
