1 teaspoon mustard powder

2 pinches of ground black pepper

6 eggs

1 teaspoon vinegar

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 pinch paprika powder

Step 1

Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover with 1 inch of cold water. Place the pan on the gas and let the water boil. Start timing as soon as the water starts boiling. A hard cooked egg should be cooked for 5 minutes.

Step 2

Remove the eggs from the stove, drain the water, and place the eggs under cold running water. This will stop the cooking process immediately and keep the yolk color bright yellow.

step 3

Once cooled, peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise. Separate the yolk from the white part. Set the white part aside in a bowl or plate.

step 4

Next, put all the egg yolks in a mixing bowl and mash them with the help of a fork. Make sure there are no lumps left. If you don't mind the smell of the eggs, you can also use your hands.

Step 5

Now, add mayo, vinegar, paprika, salt, pepper and mustard powder. Mix well so that the spices and dressing are thoroughly incorporated into the eggs and form a smooth, creamy mixture.

Step 6

Take a piping bag used for decorating cakes or make one out of cellophane or if you are unable to do this, use a spoon to fill the mixture with egg whites.

Step 7

Garnish with paprika and black pepper powder and coriander leaves. You can also use finely chopped bacon and parsley as toppings to spice up the dish. Serve with dip of your choice.
