CM Fadnavis reached the wedding ceremony of Arjun Tendulkar and Sania Chandhok, congratulated and gave good wishes for the future.
Mumbai: Arjun Tendulkar, son of cricket legend Bharat Ratna Sachin Tendulkar, tied the knot with entrepreneur Sania Chandhok in Mumbai on Thursday. The wedding took place at the luxury hotel The St. Regis in Mumbai, where many personalities from the world of cricket, politics and business attended.
Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis shared his happiness on the social media platform ‘X’ and wrote, “Today I attended the wedding of Arjun and Sania in Mumbai. It was a great pleasure to be a part of this special celebration and to see the beginning of the new journey of this young couple. Hearty congratulations and best wishes to Bharat Ratna Sachin Tendulkar, his family and the newly married couple on this happy occasion. Best wishes to Arjun and Sania for their married life ahead.”

Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Aditya Thackeray wrote, “Hearty congratulations to Sania and Arjun! Best wishes to them for a lovely journey ahead together.” Arjun and Sania’s engagement took place privately in August 2025. Preparations for the wedding had started from the beginning of March 2026.
Arjun is a cricketer like his father. He plays domestic cricket for Goa. After Mumbai Indians in IPL, he has joined Lucknow Super Giants before the next season. Arjun’s fiancee, Sania, is a Mumbai-based entrepreneur from a well-known business family. She is the granddaughter of industrialist Ravi Ghai, chairman of Gravis Group. She has built her career in the pet care and animal welfare field and works as a veterinary technician and entrepreneur.
