CM Nitish inaugurated Bihar Day grandly, celebration will continue for three days

Chief Minister Nitish Kumar formally inaugurated the Bihar Day celebrations on the occasion of the 114th Foundation Day of Bihar by lighting lamps and releasing balloons at the historic Gandhi Maidan in Patna on Sunday. This three-day event based on the theme ‘Unnat Bihar, Ujjwal Bihar’ is creating a wave of enthusiasm in the entire state. Various programs are being organized in all the districts.

Just before the inauguration, the CM visited the exhibitions of various departments. In the pavilion of the Education Department, he inspected the special room for disabled children, science lab, art studio, smart classroom, vocational education, Atal Tinkering Lab, ICT room, Eco Club, Bal Sansad, sports area, expert room and Bal Vatika. This reflects the education revolution of Bihar.

Many leaders including Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary, Vijay Kumar Sinha, Water Resources Minister Vijay Kumar Chaudhary, Energy Minister Bijendra Prasad Yadav, Education Minister Sunil Kumar, Rural Affairs Minister Ashok Chaudhary, Agriculture Minister Ramkripal Yadav, Panchayati Raj Minister Deepak Prakash and SC-ST Welfare Minister Lakhendra Kumar Roshan were present in the program.

In this sequence, Cooperative Minister Dr. Pramod Kumar inaugurated the Cooperative Pavilion. Observing the cooperative activities at the stalls, he said that this sector is strengthening the rural economy.

Cultural programs, exhibitions and seminars will be organized for three days, which will take the pride story of Bihar to new heights.
