A very big and relief news is coming from Siwan district of Bihar. Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary has made several historic announcements regarding the all-round development of the state from the platform of a grand ‘Sahyog Shivir’ organized in Papour village of Pachrukhi block of Siwan. Addressing the huge crowd present there, the CM said in clear words that the aim of his government is not only to make plans on paper, but to implement them on the ground with full honesty within a given time frame, so that every section of the society can get its due.
During this high-profile meeting, while on one hand the Chief Minister took excellent decisions giving huge relief to the unemployed youth and farmers, on the other hand, making the administrative accountability completely clear, he also gave a final warning in a strong tone to the lax officials.
The roar of the sugar mill will echo again in Siwan!
Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary laid special emphasis on speeding up the industrial development of Siwan. Giving great hope to the farmers and youth of Siwan, he said that if the district administration provides suitable and right land for this, then the Bihar government will start working seriously towards setting up a big sugar mill here.
If this happens, thousands of new employment opportunities will be created for our youth at the local level and also the sugarcane farmers of the area will be able to get direct and fair price for their crops in their own district.
Grand resolution to provide employment to 1 crore youth by 2030
Speaking on the biggest issue of employment in Bihar, the Chief Minister put a big target before the public. He said that the Bihar government is working day and night on the grand goal of providing employment and job opportunities to about one crore youth of the state by the year 2030.
For this, many big and welfare schemes are being run by different departments of the government at different levels, so that the promising youth of Bihar do not have to wander in outside states in search of employment and they can get excellent opportunities to progress within their own state.
Administrative system will change through ‘Cooperation Camp’, lax officers will be punished
Assuring the public, the Chief Minister said that this ‘Sahyog Shivir’ has now become a very effective and effective system for immediate and on-the-spot solutions to the problems of the common people. Through this new system, till now the government has received lakhs of applications, out of which a large number of cases have been settled on the spot.
The CM warned the officials in a strict tone and said that if the public work is not done within the stipulated time frame, then strictest legal and departmental action will be taken against the guilty administrative officials.
Degree college and model school will open in every block of Bihar
The government has also played a big masterstroke to strengthen the education system of Bihar from the roots. CM Samrat Chaudhary announced that the state government is now working on a plan to establish at least one degree college and model school equipped with modern facilities in every block.
The biggest advantage of this scheme will be that children of both rich and poor sections of the state will be able to get equal and very high quality education near their home without any discrimination and they will not have to go to big cities.
Free electricity up to 125 units and double blast of solar energy
Giving great relief to the electricity consumers, the Chief Minister said that to reduce the out-of-pocket expenses of the people in the state, up to 125 units of free electricity is being given. The Bihar government itself is bearing a huge financial burden from its treasury for this public welfare scheme.
Along with this, to make the state completely self-reliant in terms of electricity, work is going on to rapidly connect millions of families with solar energy, which will further reduce people’s electricity bills and increase energy self-reliance.
There will be no need for referrals in hospitals, criminals will be completely eliminated.
The Chief Minister’s attitude also appeared very strict regarding health system and law and order. He clearly said that all the district and sub-division hospitals of Bihar are being strengthened to such a hi-tech level that there is no need to refer patients to any big city or other hospital for treatment.
At the same time, while giving a direct warning to the criminals on the increasing crime in the state, Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary said bluntly that there will be no compromise with law and order in Bihar at any cost. The police will continue to take vigorous action against criminals within the state and the rule of law will be maintained under all circumstances.
