CM Samrat’s big announcement: 1 big good news for the women of Bihar

Patna. Bihar government has taken a big step towards making women economically strong. Relief news has emerged for the women taking benefits under the Chief Minister Mahila Rozgar Yojana. Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary has made a big announcement regarding the second installment of the scheme.

According to the government, the second installment amount will soon be given to about 20 lakh identified women and Jeevika Didis of the state. This money will be sent directly to the bank accounts of the beneficiaries through DBT.

Rs 20 thousand will be given in the second installment

The Chief Minister said that under the scheme, eligible women will be given financial assistance of Rs 20 thousand as the second installment. Earlier, the first installment of Rs 10,000 was given to the beneficiaries to start their employment. Now those women who have started their self-employment using the first amount and their work is progressing smoothly, they will get the benefit of the second installment.

Amount will be released after verification of work

The government has started verification of the work of the beneficiaries before sending the second installment. For this, investigation is being done at village organization and block level. After completion of the verification process, the amount will be sent to the accounts of eligible women. This will maintain transparency in the scheme and help will reach the right people.

Emphasis on making women self-reliant

The state government says that the objective of this scheme is to connect women with employment and make them economically self-reliant. By getting financial assistance, women can start small businesses and increase their income. Women associated with livelihood groups are also expected to benefit from this scheme. This will promote women entrepreneurship in rural areas.
