Lucknow, On the occasion of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay's birth anniversary, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath added five people to BJP on Wednesday under the Bharatiya Janata Party's membership campaign. CM Yogi said that the target set by BJP for the country, state and booth, our workers will easily achieve it. Lucknow metropolis has made two lakh 52 thousand 494 members so far. CM Yogi said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi says that elections are not fought at the district, parliamentary-assembly constituency level, but the Kurukshetra of elections is the booth. If the booth is won, the election is won. If the booth is strong, the election is in favor. Keeping this basic thing in mind, BJP has established itself as the largest party. The target of the membership campaign should be to move forward rapidly in all 75 districts of the state and from the organizational point of view in all 98 districts.

Earlier, on the birth anniversary of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay, Chief Minister Yogi had garlanded his statue installed at Deendayal Upadhyay Smritika near KCC College on Charbagh Road.
