CM Yogi’s anger over reservation discrepancy in accountant recruitment, said – Negligence will not be tolerated…

Lucknow. UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Saturday expressed strong displeasure over reservation irregularities in the advertisement of accountant recruitment. While warning the Revenue Council, he has given instructions to completely follow the provisions of reservation in all recruitments including Revenue Accountant. The Chief Minister said that any kind of error or negligence in reservation provisions will not be tolerated.

Following the instructions of the Chief Minister, the Revenue Council will now again send the revised requisition to the Subordinate Services Selection Commission regarding recruitment. Let us tell you that Suheldev Bharatiya Samaj Party (Subhaspa) National President and Panchayati Raj Minister Om Prakash Rajbhar had also written a letter to the Chief Minister on Friday regarding the discrepancies in reservation in the advertisement for the recruitment of accountants.

A total of 1441 posts for OBC were shown in the advertisement.

He has clarified in the letter that if 27 percent OBC reservation is implemented on 7994 vacant posts of accountants, the total number of posts should be 2158, but a total of 1441 posts have been shown for OBC in the advertisement.

In the total number of permanent posts of Lekhpal, category wise 4185 posts have been reserved for unreserved (general), 1446 for Scheduled Caste, 150 for Scheduled Tribe, 1441 for Other Backward Class and 792 posts have been reserved for Economically Weaker Section (EWS). There has been no cut in the reservation of other classes, only the reservation of OBC category has been cut.
